Egg Drop Soup Shawns

4 Servings

2 eggs, Beaten
4 Cup Chicken stock
2 Tbl Soy sauce
1 Tsp ginger, Grated
1 Tsp garlic, Grated
1 Cup Mixed veggies
2 Tbl Corn starch
2 Tbl Water
1/4 Cup green onion, Chopped

Pour chicken stock into a pot, followed by the soy sauce, ginger,
garlic, mixed veggies, pepper, etc. Put the top on pot and bring to
a boil.

After a boil remove top add in the diluted corn starch and stire
until the mixture slightly thickens, this should take about 4 minutes.

Add in the beaten eggs while stiring continuously and keep stiring
until a robbon stringy appearance develops. Rmove from heat, ladle
into a bowl and garnish with green onion.
